The apartments are fully equipped and furnished with designer furniture, all have private washer-dryer, air conditioning, wifi, smart tv. Cleaning service is operated once a week.

All windows are triple glazed with thermal and acoustic insulation. There is a subscription to wifi and TV, in addition to the satellite system. The fee includes a parking space in the covered garage and a cellar.

Moreover, many extra services are available, such as the possibility of organising private events and parties, catering, personal trainers, yoga and pilates classes, family office, press service and translations. For those who want total comfort there is also the possibility of taking advantage of additional cleaning services, ironing service, food delivery, delivery by courier, language courses and much more.

After 3 months the price is lower and will be agreed with an ad hoc contract.
